Unhappy patterns broken: 1 (When I discovered NPR’s new music Friday, I listened to the 5+ hours each week, even though I would only really like 2-3 songs. It was hard to stop and to go back to listening to my music, the playlists I’ve curated over decades, which make me happy. I’m not sure if it was FOMO or my OCD or both that made it so hard to quit.)
